Sweex Vibration Force wheel review

Sweex Vibration Force wheel review

An excellent and very affordable Sweex steering wheel with vibration support is intended for users who do not want to spend too much money on the controller, but will not give up on vibrations. Perhaps the weakest part of this kit are the pedals that we were not thrilled.

Although many people have heard of the company Sweex, many of them did not know that there are toys manufacturers of peripherals. On this occasion we will present the steering wheel with support for rumble features in games. This is a Force Feedback version, ie embedded micro vibration motors provide that should give the player feel like sitting in a real car.

Sweex Vibration Steering Wheel Force

When you uncompress the file, I have the steering wheel, pedals and accessories for fixing on the table. The steering wheel is medium in size and looks quite attractive due to a combination of blue, silver and black. When we look deeply, we see that the blue color of the rubber things that serve to provide a better grip and comfort, that is, increase the ergonomics. We would like however that this tire has a texture as it is very possible that little slip when hands perspire. Build quality is average, and we noticed that the plastic still Krk and squeaks when you use a little more energetic, and perhaps not a bad idea to be a little more gentle when used for a part not to give way.

The steering wheel on the bottom of a vacuum rates hold fairly strong (of course, provided that it is as flat and smooth enough), but just in case there is the accessory that is mounted over the wheel base and fixed to the underside of the desk-like discipline. This seems a bit clumsy and what we are concerned, it might be missing from the package. The second part of the story that the pedals are plastic and they liked us too. As there is no spring that would give resistance, pedal just does not contribute to the feeling of reality in games.

The steering wheel is a lot of keys, even 10 (all marked with numbers to make it easier to configure), with an additional D-pad (8 lines). In addition, there is a Mode button to turn on vibration, and the back of the lever to change gears. These bars are pretty good quality and a "click" to work quite convincing. By connecting to an available USB port and installing the driver, the buttons can be programmed as desired, depending on the game. The vibrations are quite good and definitely mean a lot in the driving simulator steering wheel when the robbery, vibrates depending on the times and act like you're really in the car. The steering wheel is otherwise okreteti by 45 degrees in each direction, and many are well demonstrated in the games.

Summary

Although we build quality did not impress from the start, the fact is that the game showed great and I really do not have any specific objections you may make. Key has enough for everyone, and the general impression is that this wheel is a very convenient solution for customers who do not want a lot of money to spend on the steering wheel, but would still like to market a model with support for vibration.
